Listen to the audio of a dispatch employee implicitly informing me that lieutenant Main of the Buhl police department falsely logged that I hung up on him during a call. This is a felony -- Falsifying Public Records (Idaho Code 18-3201). Please report this to the appropriate authorities because the police are acting incompetent when I try to report it.
