Public university UTEP gets caught violating my rights by trespassing me for no legit reason (they trespass me based on BS and lies)!!!

Below is a tyrannical indecent that took place in the University of Texas at El Paso followed by the audio and video proof of everything for confirmation.
On February 20, 2026, I go to UTEP to inquire about speaking with a professor regarding legitimate academic matters (and for other legitimate reasons). I secretly start audio recording as soon I enter the engineering building because I’ve spoken to a man who admitted/identified himself as an undercover FBI agent and he confirmed that I am being persecuted by the FBI to suppress my free speech/ideas (and also because I have overwhelming corroborating evidence/proof that I am indeed being persecuted by extremely powerful people).
I inquired if I could kindly speak with a professor with tenure at the electrical/computer engineering department (my old department) on a legitimately important academic matter. Miguel Reyes (department chair) agrees to speak with me and invites me in his office. I start explaining to Reyes how I have legit new information that would cause the stock market to crash if it became widely known and how it could be used to save the world (see my blog post for proof of this called “How to Get Rich While Saving the World: A Novel Framework for Nuclear Risk Assessment and Financial Arbitrage”. Almost the whole time that I spoke with him though (and especially towards the end of our conversation), he’s emanating bad vibes as if he’s been told something negative about me before he even spoke with me. He then very weirdly tells me to leave after I explain to him how to get the stock market to recover and solve the existential problem of nuclear war at the same time. (You would think that a rational, non compromised person would be more kind after such an explanation. You would also think that a rational, non compromised person’s bad vibes would lessen [not worsen] as you start validating [via a rational explanation] your initial claims.) I then immediately start packing up my backpack to leave.
As I’m walking out of the electrical/computer engineering department office, I immediately run into a campus security guard (dressed in white attire) and who says (upon me asking) that she wasn’t called there and that she “was just walking around” (i.e. she insinuates that nobody called her because of me and that she just happened to be there by coincidence). She then weirdly asks where I was going next though, but I refuse to tell her because I know I don’t have to and because I already suspect that she’s probably compromised.
After I leave the building there’s a UTEP police officer outside the building (officer Green) who nicely asks to talk with me and confirms that I did nothing wrong after some polite chit chat. After speaking with him for a while (and playing the audio recording I had recorded with Miguel Reyes for further verification that I did nothing wrong), I leave but immediately run into another UTEP police officer just around the corner named Romero.
Officer Romero also says that I did nothing wrong but contradicts himself by insinuating that I’m not aloud to do what I did (inquiring to speak with professors for academic purposes) unless I was student. By the way, it is perfectly legitimate (not against any rule or law at UTEP) for a non student to inquire about speaking with a professor for academic reasons (e.g., sharing new knowledge that makes the world a better place as I was doing). Therefore he either is extremely incompetent or intentionally lied to me. He also very suspiciously told me that he was getting frequent calls about me AND very suspiciously insinuated that a previous conversation I had with him (way back on November 3, 2025) was one of those frequent calls. However, this was exactly the first time/incident that UTEP police officers approached me regarding anything EVER (and I’m a former student there)!. I had indeed briefly spoken with officer Romero before way back on November 3, 2025 but it was only AFTER I APPROACHED HIM (because I thought it was suspicious that he was lingering outside the engineering building after I had a good conversation with one of my old professors, which I also secretly audio recorded). (See my related post called “False Accusations of ‘Disruptions’ at the College of Southern Idaho Exposed”). In that aforementioned November 3 conversation, officer Romero stated that he was just there by coincidence (similar to what the security lady in white attire had said) and that he wasn’t there to respond to any call whatsoever. So for him to insinuate otherwise now is extremely suspicious. He then reiterates the easily provable falsehood that only students can be at UTEP and I kindly correct him again that that wasn’t true. As I’m walking away to leave, Romero suspiciously says “let me know when you want to do this” (insinuating he’s going to trespass me for simply being a non current student on campus).
I then go to the Mike Loya building to get my transcripts (I graduated from UTEP with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering). Afterwards I go to the admissions office (room 102) to inquire about registering as a grad student. As I’m speaking with a staff member about my legitimate concern of getting trespassed for no reason if I become a student there, officer Green and officer Romero come in making a scene telling me I’m being trespassed (but they can’t articulate a true/legitimate reason for why I’m being trespassed).
As I’m packing up my stuff to leave, I noticed that the nice staff member that I was speaking with seemed shocked that the police had been called and she said it was not her who called them. I politely asked her if I could leave her some papers (that contained the proof of what I was talking about) but her shady supervisor suspiciously intervened and told me not to leave anything and to leave immediately because I was making her — the supervisor (someone who I never even talked to) — “feel uncomfortable”. Note that during my whole conversation and time in the Mike Loya building, nobody ever told me that I was making them feel uncomfortable in any way or even gave me so much as a hint of it. The shady supervisor then said it was neither her who had called the police and the nice female staff member who I was speaking with also confirmed that I was not making her feel uncomfortable as I was leaving. (It was very suspiciously never revealed to me who had called the police in this second incident. Note that it’s not just a civil rights issue/violation, but a straight up CRIME for someone to take a bribe to lie to get someone kicked off of campus to suppress their free speech.)
As the police officers were issuing me the trespass papers outside the building, they say that “first and foremost” I was being trespassed because I’m not a student there and “making everyone feel uncomfortable”. Officer Romero then repeats the shady lie/insinuation that we’ve had a previous similar incident/call (the one on November 3) and adds an extra shady layer/lie on top of it sll by claiming it had occurred two weeks ago (again, the non call/non-incident occurred on November 3 — almost 4 months ago!). After I corrected him that our previous conversation before that day was nowhere near a disruption call or incident (or “rodeo” as he called it), he actually admits it and therefore accidentally admitted/exposed his own lie.
So as I’m talking with them, I decided to call 911 because I have overwhelming evidence that all of this occurred due to corruption/bribery by powerful people to suppress my free speech. The dispatch lady though, refuses to do anything and reveals (probably accidentally) yet another lie/inconsistency in their make-believe story - she says I was not allowed to “protest” in the buildings, therefore implying that someone had told her this easily provable lie/falsehood, (because I never said anything about being accused of “protesting” during my 911 call with her). After this I left campus in order to not get arrested for trespassing.
End of extremely tyrannical incident.
Below is the raw footage (proof that I did nothing wrong to get trespassed). Stay tuned for more commentary and much more on this CRIMINAL event by UTEP staff!
